The obvious objection, answered structurally

Partner links: one casino pays, and it is the one without a rank

The fair objection to any ranking of gambling operators is that somebody is paying for it. Here one operator does, and the structural answer is that its card carries no number and no score — so there is no position for the payment to move.

Any ranking of gambling operators is worth reading only if the reader can see where the money enters it. This page sets that out before the ranking rather than after, because a disclosure that arrives after the recommendation has already done its work is a formality.

Who pays, and for what

One operator on this site is a commercial partner. When a reader opens that casino through the button on these pages, the operator records this site as the source of the visit, and if that reader registers and plays, the operator pays a share of its revenue from the account.

Nothing is paid for a page being written, for a figure being favourable, or for the click by itself. Every other casino covered here pays nothing and has no relationship with this site at all.

The structural answer, not a promise

A disclosure page that said “the payment does not influence our rankings” would be asking to be taken on trust, which is exactly what this site refuses to ask anywhere else. The arrangement is handled by structure instead.

The paying operator is not ranked. Its card sits apart from the numbered list, with no position and no five-point score. There is no number for the commission to raise, because no number was assigned.

The numbered order is computed, not judged. Position comes from five checks against each operator's own terms and the licence register: whether an identity clause exists, whether it names the moment it applies, whether it prints a sum, whether it sets a deadline for documents, and whether the licence resolves in the issuer's register under the domain in use. There is no step where a human decides a casino deserves to move up, so there is no step a payment could act on. The method in full sets out what each check accepts and rejects.

The partner's inconvenient clauses are printed. Clause 8.7 allows an identity request before a first payout; clause 8.8 covers suspension. Both are quoted by number here, in the same form as every other operator's. A marketing page would not carry them, and their presence is the part of this arrangement a reader can actually verify.

What the button does

It points at an address on this domain, which answers with a redirect carrying a code that identifies this site as the source. The hop exists for two reasons: the destination can be changed in one place instead of on every page, and the outbound traffic is visible in this site's own server log, which is what the privacy notice describes.

A reader who would rather not use it loses nothing. Typing the operator's address directly reaches the same casino on the same terms; the only difference is that this site earns nothing from the visit.

What the money does not buy

It does not buy a position, as above. It does not buy silence about a clause. It does not buy entry to the numbered list for anybody, and no operator can pay to be removed from it.

It also does not fund play. No account at any casino on this site has been funded, no withdrawal has been timed, and no page reports a support reply or a cleared bonus. The limits that follow from that are set out on about this site.

Frequently asked questions

Does the commission change anything for the reader?
No. It is paid by the operator from its own revenue, never added to a deposit or deducted from a balance. Stake limits, wagering requirements and withdrawal rules are the operator's published terms for everybody, and arriving from this site changes none of them. No page here claims an improved version of any of them.
How would anyone know if a bad clause had been hidden?
By reading the partner's own card against its terms, which is why the clause numbers are printed. Vave's cl. 8.7 permits an identity request before a first payout and cl. 8.8 covers suspension; both appear on this site by number. A disclosure page that promised balance without quoting anything inconvenient would be worth nothing.
Why not simply refuse the money and stay independent?
Because reading twenty operators' terms, checking each licence against a register and dating every figure takes real time, and no reader pays for that directly. The honest position is not to pretend the funding does not exist but to build the ranking so the funding cannot reach it, and then describe both.
Do the unpaid casinos know they are listed?
Not necessarily, and it makes no difference. They appear because Aviator sits in their lobby and their terms are public enough to check. No operator can pay to enter the numbered list, and none can pay to leave it.
