The conditions attached to the pages

Conditions of use: a dated reading, never a replacement for the terms

Every figure here is a record of what an operator's document said on a stated day. When that document now says something else, the document is right and the page is what needs fixing — and acting on a figure without checking it at the source is the one use these pages are not built for.

This page states what the rest of the site is and the conditions that come with reading it. The first section is the one that matters.

A dated reading, not a rulebook

Every page here describes documents: an operator's published terms, a licence issuer's register entry, the studio's published figures for the game. Describing a document is not advice. Nothing on this site is financial or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation that a particular person open an account anywhere.

When a figure here and an operator's current terms disagree, the terms are correct and the page is out of date. This happens routinely — caps change, identity thresholds move, clause numbers shift in a rewrite, licences lapse or transfer between holding companies. The read date attached to every claim exists so a reader can judge how much weight it still carries before relying on it.

Where a page gives arithmetic — the roughly 48.5% of rounds reaching 2× at a 97% return, the share of turnover the game keeps — it is describing the game's published mathematics, not forecasting a session. What that arithmetic does over time is on staying in control.

What the ranking asserts, and what it does not

It asserts one thing: that an operator put more or less of its own rulebook in writing, measured by five checks against its terms and the licence register. That is a real and narrow quality.

It does not measure, and must not be read as measuring, payout speed or support quality, neither of which can be read from a document; fairness in a dispute, since a clause describing a complaints process is not evidence of how complaints are handled; bonus value, which carries no weight whatever its size; or suitability for any reader, about whom the site knows nothing. The method sets out what each check accepts and what the narrowness gives up.

The paid placement

One card on this site is a commercial placement and carries neither a position nor a score, for reasons set out in full on partner links. Using its button is optional, costs the reader nothing, and alters none of that operator's terms.

Age and eligibility

These pages describe products intended for adults. Whether a given operator will accept a given person as a customer is determined by that operator's own terms and the conditions attached to its licence, not by this site. Those terms should be read before depositing, rather than a page about them.

Who wrote and checked a given page is named in its byline and on the authors page.

Reuse

Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Wholesale republication of pages, rankings or tables is not. The facts themselves are free — a clause number, a register entry, a published return rate can be verified and used by anyone, and checking them independently is the point of printing them.

Accuracy and responsibility

The pages are written carefully and corrected when wrong, and they are offered as they are, without a warranty that every figure is current at the moment it is read. This site holds no customer money, operates no game, has no account with any operator listed and cannot act in a dispute between a player and a casino. Decisions taken after reading these pages, and their consequences, rest with the reader.

What the claims are built on, and what is deliberately never claimed, is on about this site; what a visit reveals is on the privacy notice.

Frequently asked questions

A clause here and the casino's current terms disagree. Which applies?
The operator's, without exception. Terms are rewritten without notice and clauses are renumbered in the process, which is exactly why every figure on this site carries the date it was read. A page records what a document said on a day; it never replaces the document, and a reader about to act on a figure should open the source first.
Is a high position a recommendation?
No. Position measures how much of its own rulebook an operator put in writing and nothing else. It does not assert that a casino pays promptly, handles disputes fairly, or suits any particular reader, and no page here tells anybody to register anywhere.
May these pages be quoted or republished?
Short quotations with a link back are welcome. Republishing a page or a ranking wholesale is not, and neither is presenting the figures as somebody else's reading. The underlying facts belong to nobody: a clause number, a register entry and a published return rate can be checked and used by anyone.
Who carries the risk of a decision made after reading this?
The reader. This site holds no customer funds, operates no game, has no account with any operator listed and cannot intervene in a dispute. A stale figure gets corrected when it is found; losses arising from a decision to play are the player's own.
